1. Acceptance

By using MergeBox, including public pages and admin tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account And Access

You are responsible for activity under your account, including passkeys, one-time codes, and session activity. Keep credentials private and report unauthorized access immediately.

3. Permitted Use

You may use MergeBox to operate and analyze Roblox game operations for authorized organizations. You must not attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs, bypass rate limits, or disrupt service.

4. Service Data

MergeBox processes operational and analytics data such as organization settings, admin actions, monetization summaries, and integration metadata to provide product features.

5. Third-Party Services

MergeBox may integrate with Roblox and Discord. Availability and behavior of third-party services are outside MergeBox control and may change without notice.

6. Security And Enforcement

We may suspend or remove access for abuse, security risk, or policy violations. Audit and security controls are used to protect the platform and organizations.

7. Disclaimer

MergeBox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
